Biography

Mini Jones is the Clinic Lead at The London Centre for Eating Disorders and Body Image and plays a central role in shaping the day-to-day experience of both clients and clinicians across the service. She brings a strong background in operations, people management, and organisational leadership, alongside a deep personal commitment to high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
With a lengthy career working across HR and operational roles, Mini combines clarity, structure, and efficiency with a genuinely warm and approachable manner. Mini is readily available to support individuals and families with non-clinical questions and concerns before, during, and after treatment. She provides guidance around treatment pathways, including the Intensive Outpatient Programme (IOP), and helps ensure that people feel informed, supported, and clear about the practical aspects of their care throughout their journey with the clinic.

Mini works closely with the clinical leadership team to ensure that care pathways are clear, responsive, and well-coordinated, and that the service operates to the highest professional and ethical standards. She has particular strengths in client liaison, problem-solving, and navigating the practical complexities that can arise alongside treatment, including appointments, communication, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
She is known for being calm, accessible, and highly responsive, and for offering a steady point of continuity for clients throughout their time with the clinic. Mini places great value on creating an environment in which people feel listened to and cared for, recognising that feeling supported outside the therapy room is a vital part of recovery.
