Elliott Lee
BSc, MSc, HCPC
Specialist Child & Adolescent Dietitian
Biography
I am an HCPC registered dietitian specialising in child and adolescent eating disorders. I completed a Master’s degree in Dietetics at Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University.
I have worked across both paediatric and adult NHS services, providing specialist dietetic care in eating disorders, diabetes, obesity, bariatrics and general paediatrics. I combine my clinical experience to provide evidence based, personalised care for individuals with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and ARFID. I also have a strong interest in sports nutrition and enjoy supporting young people to gradually return to physical activity in a safe, balanced way that supports their recovery.
I am committed to collaborative and compassionate dietetic practice within multi-disciplinary teams. I work closely with clients and their families to set realistic, achievable goals and provide practical, evidence-based guidance. My approach is supportive and flexible, tailored to each young person’s needs, and focused on helping them rebuild a healthy relationship with food. I aim to empower young people and their families with the knowledge and confidence to make sustainable, positive changes.
Outside of work, you will find me swimming, cycling or running, preparing for my next marathon or triathlon!
