Biography

Hello! I am Clare. I am a qualified and HPC registered Occupational Therapist, and Integrative counsellor and Psychotherapist and I have worked in mental health and specialised in Eating Disorders for nearly twenty years.

approach to treatment

My approach is warm, collaborative and client-led. I walk alongside my clients offering a non judgemental and holistic style, drawing on relevant and varied approaches.

I have strong understanding and experience of working with neuro-divergence, embracing cultural and gender diversity and I adopt a humanist approach – adapting our work to each client’s needs. I work both in the NHS and also private health and education settings with adults, young people.
