Biography

Hello! I am Clare. I am a qualified Occupational Therapist , and Integrative Psychotherapeutic counsellor, and I am soon to qualify as a Psychotherapist. I have worked in mental health and specialised in Eating Disorders for nearly twenty years. I work both in the NHS and also private health and education settings with adults, young people and children. I have strong understanding and experience of working with neuro-divergence, embracing cultural and gender diversity and I adopt a client-led approach. I walk alongside my clients offering a non judgemental and holistic style, drawing on relevant and varied approaches. Alongside my therapy practice, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am a keen yogi and wild swimmer, and I enjoy accessing nature with my children and dog.
