The London Centre is a specialist outpatient service, with a passion for offering high quality, evidence based treatment for people with eating disorders and body image issues.

Our psychology-led service offers holistic care, and has a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Psychotherapists, Systemic Therapists, Dietitians, Nutritionists and Occupational Therapists.

If you are a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, Dietitian, or Systemic Therapist with specialist eating disorder experience and are interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you.

We can give you the opportunity to offer high quality, specialist clinical work, in a supportive team environment to a diverse range of clients with eating or body image issues.

We’re Hiring!

Clinic Administrator

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Predominantly home-based. Some occasional travel to our London and Richmond clinics may be required
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (some flexibility required)

We’re looking for a highly organised and compassionate Clinic Administrator to join our growing team at The London Centre for Eating Disorders and Body Image (TLC).

This pivotal role is at the heart of our operations — acting as the first point of contact for new clients and families, managing enquiries and bookings across a team of over 35 clinicians, and supporting the smooth running of clinic systems and processes.

The post holder will also assist with wider administrative tasks including invoicing, insurer liaison, reporting, marketing updates, and event organisation.
